We're excited that you have taken an interest in networking with us! You can launch the Network 220 Application Form at the bottom of this page. 

Note that you must be a legal entity in order to apply to become a ministry within Network 220. Individuals that are not an organized legal entity (501c3 or other I.R.S. recognized organization) are still considered friends of Network 220, but membership as a ministry within Network 220 requires that the organization be a legal entity. Once completed, this application form below will be automatically sent to the Network 220 Board of Directors. 

An application is ready for processing once we have received the Application Form, the Sponsor Form and the New Member Application Fee of $100 has been paid.  Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis on the following schedule:
